Gingerbread Smoothie
Serves 2

Ingredients
- 400ml of Nut Milk
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Tablespoon of Cashew or Almond Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- Small Pinch of Nutmeg
Optional: Vanilla Protein Powder
This gingerbread smoothie is such a festive breakfast or dessert. It couldn’t be easier to make and the warming spices will get you in the Christmas spirit in a matter of seconds. Sometimes, I like to add some vanilla protein powder (add some more nut milk if you do) but it’s delicious either way.
Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend on high until smooth. If you want it a little more runny, add a dash more nut milk.
Pour into your glasses and top with chopped toasted nuts and a sprinkling more of cinnamon.

Is there anything else I can use instead of banana it doesn’t agree with me at all
you could use frozen avocado instead but the banana is for thickness and sweetness so you will probably want to add some sweetener also x
